KISWAHILI NA UTAMADUNI
Unite Scholars David Bitaho (a Presidential scholarship recipient studying actuarial science), Hawa Hamimu (occupational therapy), and Zainabu Mnjanja (properties and facilities management) have been working at "Kiswahili na Utamaduni" for a month from August to September in 2024 in Dar es Salaam teaching Unite's soft skills of professionalism and leadership curriculum to the staff for professional development.

TANZANIA BETTER HEALTH
Unite Scholars Andia Rubai (studying environmental health), Michael Charles (medicine), Gracia Didas (pharmacy), Zainabu Seiph (medicine), Stella Mosha (psychology), and David Sichone (molecular biology) participated in a field medical mission in rural northern Tanzania with Tanzania Better Health helping to provide 1,700 children, adolescents, and community members with clinical assessments, point-of-care tests, treatments, and health education.

QUEEN OF PEACE INTERNSHIP
Unite Scholars Gracia Didas (studying pharmacy) and Andia Rubai (environmental science) interned at the Queen of Peace for Girls Secondary School for two months from August to October helping to grow the scale and impact of Unite Club on the campus teaching 3 complete Unite's soft skills of professionalism and leadership curriculum to more than 250 students, planting 20 trees in the compound and marking 300 exams.

AFRISOS
Unite Scholars Elisha John George (studying journalism and mass communications) and Sajo Mathias (industrial engineering) interned for a month starting 15 August 2024 with AFRISOS, a filmmaking school that provides hands-on training in documentary filmmaking and photography to aspiring storytellers. The boys collaborated on the script development and voice over for a new documentary the AFRISOS team is making about Elisha (who lost his eyes to cancer when he was four years old) and his journey with Unite and more videos under AFRISOS.
